I have worked with Hoppy before on multiple projects. They are an excellent crew. This was the first time I used them on a major kitchen remodel. Tom knows my personal design style and was very honest about budget and costs if I wanted to achieve the desired outcome. But I trust his company and knew we would achieve my vision. We spent several months working through the details, and I was in touch with Hoppy on a frequent basis. They were very professional and patient with my questions and I would get answers same day, sometimes within an hour. When it came time to start the actual work, they made sure to keep the rest of the house clean by covering up major parts of the area from dust and debris. Since I work from home I was available to answer questions on site and that made the process very smooth. We did run into issues but Hoppy handled them very fairly and honestly.
